This series was captured during a concert by the band Thoughtfool at the venue Rust in Copenhagen. My goal for this project was to capture the movement and energy of a live performance, rather than simply documenting the event in a traditional way.
By experimenting with intentional camera movement (ICM) and long exposures, I have tried to translate the music and tempo into visual imagery. The project utilizes the sharp blue stage lights and thick haze to create a series of atmospheric silhouettes and light flares that reflect the intensity of the room.
